Breaking: Supreme Court restores David Mark-led ADC leadership

The Supreme Court vacated the order directing the ADC to maintain status quo pending the resolution of its leadership crisis. In a unanimous decision, the Court held that the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal acted beyond its jurisdiction by issuing such an order after already dismissing a case. The court also directed the factions to return to the trial court for the continuation of the hearing of the case.
