Cardoso living up to his promise 1

The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Yemi Cardoso, has successfully restored the institution to its former glory. Four governors have preceded Cardoso since 1999, including Charles Soludo and Godwin Emefiele, who left the Nigerian economy in a dire state. Unlike them, Cardoso appears committed to managing monetary policy with integrity and intelligence.
