Trump's senior advisor, Massad Boulos, reaffirmed the US's consistent support for Morocco's autonomy plan during a constructive meeting with Alexander Ivanko, the head of peacekeeping operations for MINURSO. Boulos emphasized that this plan is the only framework to resolve the Western Sahara conflict. The meeting also served to discuss the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2797, which recognizes this plan as a genuine political basis to end the dispute.
