Rwabank Robbery: Honorine Porsche Transferred to Germany

Honorine Porsche, a German citizen originally from the DRC, sentenced to ten years in prison for the robbery of Rawbank in Kinshasa, was transferred to Germany on June 4, 2026, under German police escort. The transfer is part of judicial cooperation between the DRC and Germany, following several suicide attempts by the inmate at Makala Central Prison. She was arrested in October 2025 and sentenced by the military court of Kinshasa-Gombe to ten years of penal servitude, as well as a fine of 300 million Congolese francs.
