BREAKING: Court shifts ruling in suit seeking removal of Mark, Aregbesola as ADC leaders to April 14

The Federal High Court in Abuja has postponed the ruling in a case seeking to restrain Senator David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from presenting themselves as Chairman and Secretary of the ADC. The decision, initially set for April 13, has been shifted to April 14 by Judge Musa Suleiman Liman due to official engagements. House of Representatives member Leke Abejide filed the suit, challenging the legality of Mark and Aregbesola's appointments to the party leadership.
