Breaking: Veteran Nollywood actor Kola Oyewo dies

Professor Adekola Akangbe Gabriel Oyewo, popularly known as Kola Oyewo, has died at the age of 80. The news was announced by his son Adetoyese Oyewo on Facebook. He was a respected actor and scholar who contributed to Yoruba theatre and Nigerian culture for decades.

Media / Convention Signing: Littoral-FM, a First Ecological Radio in Ivorian Audiovisual Landscape

The High Authority for Audio-visual Communication (Haca) granted a frequency for the creation of Littoral FM, an ecological radio station, to the NGO Green Foundation of Ivory Coast (Fon-Ver-CI). The convention was signed between Haca president Me René Bourgoin and journalist Christophe Koffi, chairman of Fon-Ver-CI. The radio will broadcast from the coastal town of Adiaké, aiming to raise awareness on environmental issues and sustainable development.
