Building Collapse in Saint-Louis: Death Toll Rises!

The death toll from the collapse of a two-story building in Saint-Louis, Pikine 15 meters district, has risen to five dead and three injured. A tenant had reported cracks two years ago, but no action was taken. The owner, hospitalized, is under judicial investigation. Interior Minister Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé announced a national census of buildings at risk of collapse.
