Burkina: Top High School Graduates to Stay in Country to Contribute to Development – La Nouvelle Tribune

On July 14, 2026, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Professor Samuel Paré, announced that the top Burkinabè high school graduates of the 2026 session will continue their higher education in Burkina Faso to strengthen national training capacities and retain talent. The Faso Technological Academy (ATF) will open to train engineers in priority sectors. This policy aims to limit brain drain and connect future leaders to the country's economic and social realities.
