Legal battle against David Mark, Aregbesola's leadership of ADC resumes

The legal battle against the leadership of the ADC by David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola resumes on September 14 at the Federal High Court in Abuja. Nafiu Bala Gombe, a former Deputy National Chairman of the ADC, is seeking to restrain Mark and Aregbesola from presenting themselves as party leaders. Judge Peter Odo Lifu imposed a fine of 3 million naira on Mark, Aregbesola, and the ADC for attempting to delay the trial with motions deemed frivolous.
