President Bassirou Diomaye Faye called to order the leaders of independent administrative authorities and parapublic companies during the Cabinet meeting. He pointed out shortcomings in compliance with administrative and financial procedures, human resources management, use of administrative vehicles, and contract signing during transition periods.
