2027: You’ll win Benue by a landslide, Onjeh tells Obi

Daniel Onjeh, the NDC’s Benue South senatorial candidate, predicted that Peter Obi would win Benue State by a landslide in the 2027 presidential election. During a strategic visit with NDC National Assembly candidates, the delegation discussed Obi’s 2023 results, Benue’s political climate and interest in voter registration. Onjeh urged Obi to make the state a priority and return to complete his humanitarian mission and campaign tour; Obi said Benue remained dear to him. Obi also urged the candidates to organise themselves and protect votes, arguing that credible elections and accountable leadership are vital to Nigeria’s development.
