CAN 2025: Senegal Will Finally Open Its Other Legal Battle Against Morocco

Senegal and Morocco are entering a new judicial phase regarding CAN 2025. The African Football Confederation is managing the case, while President Patrice Motsepe is trying to ease tensions. In March, CAF stripped Senegal of its title, which was contested by the Senegalese Football Federation, announcing an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. An appeal trial for Senegalese supporters is also scheduled in Rabat.
