CAN U17: Morocco, Algeria, Senegal, Ivory Coast... The Draw Hats

The CAF has announced the draw procedures for the 2026 U17 AFCON, which will take place in Morocco from May 13 to June 2. Morocco, the host country and defending champion, will be placed in position A1, while Mali will be the top seed in group C. The other teams are divided into four pots, with Senegal and Ivory Coast in pot 1, South Africa, Cameroon, Angola, and Tunisia in pot 2, Uganda, Egypt, Algeria, and Tanzania in pot 3, and Ethiopia, Ghana, DR Congo, and Mozambique in pot 4.
