Census: What are the rules of good conduct for census agents?

The second General Census of Population and Housing is approaching in the Democratic Republic of Congo, aiming to provide updated data for development planning and public policies. Census agents will be deployed nationwide and must follow rules of good conduct to avoid harming the population, the credibility of the operation, or the institution's image. Mrs. Elysée Chovu Alima, Director General of the National Institute of Statistics (INS), explains these rules in an interview.
