Chad: 29 Suspected Criminals Arrested

Chad's National Police presented 29 suspects arrested in N'Djamena between May 15 and June 1, 2026, during security operations. They are suspected of arms trafficking and theft, armed robberies, burglaries, and theft of motorcycles, phones, electronics, and vehicles. Preliminary investigations are complete and cases will be sent to competent courts. Authorities also revealed a case of irregular entry of foreigners with alleged complicity.
