FNE and RNE: FENACCI creates the National Observatory for Electronic Standardized Billing

The National Federation of Commerce Actors of Côte d'Ivoire (FENACCI) announced the creation of the National Observatory for Electronic Standardized Billing (ON-FNE) during a press conference on September 5, 2026. This observatory aims to assist merchants in understanding the digital transition of billing mandated by the tax administration. Farikou Soumahoro, president of FENACCI, highlighted the current economic challenges, exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and other crises, which complicate this digitalization.
