How we uncovered plot to overthrow Tinubu, Army tells court

The Nigerian Army confirmed before the Federal High Court in Abuja that there was a plot to overthrow President Bola Tinubu's administration. A soldier testified against six alleged masterminds of the plot, including former Bayelsa State governor Timipre Sylva, who is currently at large. The investigation was initiated after an intelligence report was received by the Chief of Army Staff, General O. O. Oluyede.
