Congolese students called to a peaceful debate on constitutional reform

The National Representation of students in the DRC called on the youth for constructive debates on a potential constitutional reform during the campaign 'Youth Speak Constitution' initiated by Serge Etinkum Anza. Alex Bukasa, president of the students, emphasized the importance of a debate based on the greater good of the Congolese people, free from political manipulation. The event gathered hundreds of students and constitutional law specialists in Kinshasa.
