COTU Backs Continued NSSF Deductions Amid Court of Appeal Ruling Confusion

The Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) defends the continued deduction of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contributions at enhanced rates, citing a Court of Appeal judgment from February 3, 2023.
