Court of Appeal: The Judge Made a Decision in the Ousmane Noël Dieng Case

Ousmane Noël Dieng and Mamadou Lat Coura Diop Guèye appeared before the Dakar Court of Appeal for alleged fraud involving 50 million CFA francs. The complainant, Khady Diaw, claimed she was deceived during the regularization of plots at Lake Rose. Although they refunded the claimed amount, the trial continued after their sentencing to six months in prison in March 2025. The case has been postponed for pleadings on April 15, 2026.
