Southern Borno Senatorial Race: Plot to replace Ndume surfaces

The Southern Borno senatorial race for the 2027 general elections is heating up amid tensions over the succession of incumbent lawmaker Mohammed Ali Ndume. The Voice of Savannah Community Association, led by Comrade Ibrahim Ezekiel Mamza, rejected the endorsement of Borno State House Deputy Speaker Abdullahi Askira due to his opposition to the creation of Savannah State.
