Court: Shuaib opposes NIPSS move to seize hostel key in SEC 47 lawsuit

Malam Yushau Shuaib urged the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss NIPSS's application to compel him to surrender the key to his hostel while his lawsuit is pending. He described the request as baseless and claimed that his withdrawal from the Senior Executive Course (SEC) 47 was unlawful. Shuaib also emphasized that NIPSS's request could prejudge the case and is seeking ₦1 billion in damages for emotional and reputational harm.
