ADC crisis: Court adjourns judgment in Abejide’s suit against Mark, Aregbesola

The Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned the judgment in Rep Leke Abejide's suit against Sen. David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, scheduled for today, to April 14. Abejide is seeking an order restraining Mark and Aregbesola from presenting themselves as the national chairman and national secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Judge Musa Liman set this date after both parties' lawyers presented their arguments.
