"Crises pass, people remain": Ivorians and Malians consolidate ties in Ngadanan

On the occasion of African Border Day in Ngadanan, northern Côte d'Ivoire, the National Border Commission of Côte d'Ivoire organized training on climate change impacts and conflict management. Executive Secretary Diakalidia Konaté emphasized preserving historical ties beyond state tensions. Malian prefect Bakary Djoman Diakité stressed the symbiosis of communities and the role of traditional chiefdoms.
