Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan inaugurated the Mohammed VI Tower on the right bank of the Bouregreg River in Sale, which stands 250 meters tall and has 55 stories, making it Morocco's tallest building. The construction, carried out by the Belgian firm BESIX in partnership with Moroccan contractor TGCC, was officially delivered on March 30, 2026. The tower houses a Waldorf Astoria hotel, office spaces, luxury residential apartments, a conference hall, and retail shops.
