CS Kabogo Appoints Naiyanoi Ntutu to ICTA Board

William Kabogo, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy, has appointed Naiyanoi Ntutu Ng'eno, widow of the late Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng'eno, to the board of the Information and Communication Technology Authority (ICTA). Effective from April 2, 2026, Naiyanoi will oversee the authority's operations and strategic direction. ICTA Board Chairperson Lily Ng'ok Kirui welcomed her appointment and expressed confidence in her abilities.
