CS Kagwe Announces Nationwide Crackdown on Milk Hawking

He warned that millions of families, especially young children, are consuming untraceable and potentially dangerous milk. The government will implement traceability systems for dairy producers and distribute 230 milk coolers to organize farmers and reduce hawking.
