Lagos NSCDC Commandant Keshinro bags fellow of Nigerian Army Resource Centre

Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Adedotun Keshinro, has been awarded the fellowship of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja.
