Customs warns of fake social media vehicle auction account

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has warned the public about a fake Instagram account, J. O. Attah Autos, running vehicle auctions and falsely claiming affiliation with the service. NCS spokesperson Abdullahi Maiwada stated that the account, using the image of a customs officer as its profile picture, is fraudulent and targets unsuspecting buyers. The NCS advised the public to disregard such messages and report the account.
