Cybersecurity: Minister Djibril Ouattara launches the first workshop of the National Network of CISOs

Minister of Digital Transition Djibril Ouattara launched the first workshop of the National Network of Information Security Managers (RN-RSSI) for Ivory Coast's public administration on June 10, 2026. He emphasized that cybersecurity is the foundation of digital transformation, stating, 'Digitizing without securing is building on sand.' The national strategy is based on seven pillars and forty priority projects. The minister also warned of the rise in cyberattacks threatening the state's sovereign functions.
