National Dialogue: Peter Kazadi Rejects Any Neutral Mediator, Focuses on 'State Structures'

Peter Kazadi, a member of UDPS and former Deputy Prime Minister, defended the national dialogue announced by Félix Tshisekedi, rejecting accusations of it being used to change the Constitution. He stated that all questions, including constitutional ones, would be addressed if they came from the people. Kazadi also justified the absence of a neutral mediator by asserting that state structures already represent the voice of the Congolese people.
