Daloa: Dr Ban Yié Kessé Pierre Takes the Reins of the Dan Community

Dr Ban Yié Kessé Pierre, a doctor of philosophy, was officially installed as the central chief of the Dan community in Daloa on July 5, 2026. The ceremony was held at the Daloa Municipal Cultural Center, under the high patronage of Vice Prime Minister Téné Birahima Ouattara, represented by Albert Mabri Toikeusse. The new chief called for unity, social cohesion, and living together, and announced proximity meetings in Boguédia, Bédiala, Gonaté, and Gadouan.
