Dangote Refinery announces lower aviation fuel price

Dangote Refinery has announced a reduced price of 1,820 Naira per liter for aviation fuel JetA1, aiming to counter marketers' speculation of a 3,000 Naira price. This move is intended to enhance price transparency in the JetA1 market, as airline operators have complained about a 300% increase in costs due to escalating conflicts in the Middle East. The Nigerian Petroleum Regulatory Authority confirmed that the JetA1 price ranged from 1,960 to 2,800 Naira.
