Bandits kill health officer, five others, burn facility in Zamfara attack

A Community Health Officer and five others were killed by bandits in Yarkatsinan Laka community, Bungudu Local Government Area, Zamfara State. According to the Zamfara State Police Command spokesperson, DSP Yazid Abubaksr, a large number of armed bandits invaded the community, leading to a gunfight with security forces. During the exchange of fire, two police personnel and three civilians lost their lives, while 11 bandits were neutralized.
