Unfinished PDL-145T projects in Kasai-Central: civil society appeals to Prime Minister

Multiple infrastructure projects built under the Local Development Program for 145 Territories (PDL-145T) in Kasai-Central remain unfinished or lack equipment. The People's Civil Society (SOCIPE) sent a letter to Prime Minister Judith Suminwa on July 10, 2026, denouncing construction sites halted for two years in the territories of Luiza, Kazumba, Demba, Dibaya, and Dimbelenge. Work is stalled at 60-75% due to lack of funding, and schools and health centers lack essential materials.
