Misappropriation of materials jeopardizes rehabilitation of Kanzombi road in Kikwit

Civil society actors in Kwilu accuse drivers and agents of the construction company DK Service of fraudulently reselling fuel and cement intended for the rehabilitation of the Kanzombi road in Kikwit. The president of the Cadre de concertation, Placide Mokwa, condemns this practice, which jeopardizes the work and increases erosion risks.
