Experts raise alarm over threats to water quality in Niger

Experts have raised alarm over increasing threats from pollution, climate change, and human activities to water resources in Niger State, Nigeria. Urbanization, industrialization, and illegal mining were identified as key contributors to water pollution. The programme, held at Tagwai Dam, a major water source for Minna, aimed to promote environmental awareness among young people.
