Deported migrants arrive in Costa Rica from the US

Costa Rica has received 25 people deported by the US as the first wave of an agreement between the two countries. Omer Badilla, director-general of Costa Rica Immigration, stated that the country would allow people to return voluntarily or seek refugee status if they fear persecution.
