Kenya energy chiefs arrested over fuel imports, shortage claims

Key officials in Kenya's energy sector, including Energy Principal Secretary Mohamed Liban and Kenya Pipeline Company Managing Director Joe Sang, were arrested in an operation linked to an investigation into fuel imports and quality concerns.
