Deregistration: Judiciary can't dictate to INEC - Lawyer Ubani - Daily Post Nigeria

Monday Ubani, Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Electoral Committee, said the judiciary cannot dictate to INEC. He responded to Justice Peter Lifu's order that INEC deregister ADC and four other parties. The Court of Appeal ordered a stay of execution. Ubani argued that INEC is clearly independent under the Nigerian constitution.
