Diplomacy: Aminata Touré and the UN Secretary-General, the announcement falls

Aminata Touré, former Prime Minister of Senegal, is currently in New York to participate in the 25th session of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration (UN-CEPA). She begins her second 4-year term as High Representative and Special Envoy of President Bassirou Diomaye Faye. This committee's mission is to advise the UN Secretary-General on policies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of public administrations and supporting sustainable development.
