Doha under fire for expelling members of Baha’i community from Qatar

United Nations experts are expressing concern over the potential erasure of the Baha’i community in Qatar due to sudden administrative deportations. Many Baha’is of various nationalities and ages have been informed that their residencies will not be renewed, and there have also been reports of detentions. Remaining family members, who have lived in Qatar for generations, have received imminent departure orders.
