Don't reintegrate terror suspects without trial — Nigerian Christians in US tell FG

The Christian Association of Nigerian Americans (CANAN) urged the Nigerian Federal Government to stop reintegrating terror suspects without trial. During a virtual press conference, CANAN President Dr James Fadel and Executive Director Dr Banjo Olaniyan emphasized the need to uphold the rule of law and the 2022 Terrorism Act. The association commended recent arrests of Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) commanders and expressed support for the state police reform proposed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
