Douala: A Fake Commissioner Arrested After Scamming Traders

A man known as 'Grand chef' was arrested in Douala after scamming traders by posing as a chief police commissioner. He organized a money collection to celebrate a fake promotion to division commissioner, allegedly signed by President Paul Biya. Traders, growing suspicious, alerted the authorities, who had to intervene to protect him from an angry crowd.
