Dembele, Mbappe, Kane and Yamal top Ballon d’Or shortlist

Ousmane Dembele, Kylian Mbappe, and Harry Kane are among the top contenders for the men's Ballon d'Or, with winners to be announced on October 26 in London. In the women's category, Alexia Putellas, Ewa Pajor, and Melchie Dumornay are favorites, while three-time winner Aitana Bonmatí is not nominated due to injury. Both Dembele and Mbappe played for France in the World Cup, where they reached the semifinals.
