Cameroon - Fuel: Police has exhausted the country's reserves

Cameroon's police has used up 22.7 million liters of fuel from the national strategic reserves, depleting the stocks of SCDP. The DGSN reported that cumulative withdrawals reached over 11 million liters of Super and Gasoil by the end of July 2026, and deliveries have been halted. The debt associated with these withdrawals amounts to 21 billion FCFA, including an unpaid agreement of 4.8 billion FCFA with Neptune Oil.
