Intersociety raises alarm over Anambra gully erosion

The International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law, Intersociety, has raised alarm over devastating gully erosion in Ugo Community, Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State. In a petition to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Chairman Emeka Umeagbalasi stated that the erosion has claimed at least 10 lives over the past decade. He also urged the government to urgently intervene, assess the affected area, and implement preventive measures.
