Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty met his British counterpart Yvette Cooper in Cairo on Thursday. The meeting follows a preliminary agreement between the United States and Iran, signed by Donald Trump and Massoud Pezeshkian, aimed at ending the war in the Middle East. The agreement includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz, lifting the blockade of Iranian ports, and resuming dialogue on Iran's nuclear program. Iran will also be allowed to sell its oil freely.
