Ekiti: Oyebanji suspends aide over alleged involvement in political thuggery

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has suspended his aide, Dayo Ibijowo, following his alleged arrest with thugs by police. Ibijowo was among 11 suspects arrested in Ikun-Ekiti, accused of being recruited to disrupt the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primary election. Oyebanji ordered the immediate suspension of the aide pending the outcome of ongoing investigations into the allegations.
