End of TVIL Program: Civil Society Organizations Better Equipped to Promote Their Actions

The TVIL program (Transforming Visibility for Local Impact), funded by the French Embassy in Ivory Coast and implemented by Ivoire Black History Month, ended in July 2026. It trained four organizations (AGORA, AIBEF, Écran Numérique Ambulant, INADES-Formation) in strategic communication, storytelling, and digital content creation to enhance their visibility and impact. The program emphasized that effective communication relies on an adapted strategy and good command of digital tools, beyond technical means.
